Why else did I start this blog? Is it because I have yet to get a job, and my days are filled with eating, thinking about going on a run, cleaning our new apartment, or watching Netflix/THE AMAZING WORLD CUP?? Maybe, maybe not. All I'll say is that I have some time on my hands, (but apparently so do you if you're reading this) so I'm exercising my inner journalism and making my upgraded debut in cyber space.
So welcome to the life of Payton and me! As far as our recent life goes, we both just graduated from BYU in April with Bachelor Degrees in Business Management. A week later we got married in the Los Angeles LDS Temple, honeymooned to Mexico, and ended our month-of-life-changing-events by moving to Portlandia! Payton, being the stud that he is, got a job right after graduating at a marketing consulting firm, and me, being the stud that I am, am looking for one. But with the World Cup happening, I'm ok with it for now :) I love the weekends though when we are both together and have time to explore this new home of ours. Portland has been great to us so far, and (here comes the cheesiness) we are excited for everything ahead!
Don't worry guys--I'll keep this post short and sweet. But stay tuned for our adventures and pictures of us being newbies in Portland. For now, just take a look at the pictures from the BEST DAY OF MY LIFE. Love is awesome, and so are you.
